STANDARD SHIPPING
Orders to physical addresses within the contiguous 48 states are shipped using FedEx Ground. Orders to these addresses ship free. Transit times are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines vary depending on various environmental factors and carrier delays. Orders for 50 or more units are subject to increased processing times and may be shipped freight.
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Craig Frames does not assume responsibility for delivery exceptions of any kind.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
In addition to Ground shipping, we offer expedited shipping (FedEx 2Day). Rates for expedited shipping will be displayed in the cart at checkout. Orders with expedited shipping will ship on the next business day. Transit times are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines vary depending on various environmental factors and carrier delays. ALASKA, HAWAII, AND CANADA
Orders to physical addresses in Hawaii are shipped using FedEx 2Day. Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same day, orders placed after 2pm EST ship on the next business day. Orders to Hawaii not providing a valid physical address will be canceled. Shipping rates are $15 for the first item, plus $5 for each additional item. Shipping cannot be combined when placing multiple orders.
Orders to Alaska are shipped via standard Ground service only. Orders to these locations not providing a valid street address (e.g. PO Boxes) will be cancelled. Transit times of 7-14 days can be expected. Shipping rates vary by package size and weight.
Orders to Canada will be shipped via FedEx Express with transit times ranging from 3-5 business days. Orders to these locations not providing a valid street address (e.g. PO Boxes) will be cancelled. Shipping charges include duties and customs fees.
RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If the return is not the fault of Craig Frames (i.e. buyer's remorse), we'll ask you to help us cover a portion of the return cost. $4.99 per return label issued will be deducted from your refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
